its location to a grocery store was particularly good and decent. further, it was very close to virginia likes to call a "expressway.

The staff were unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Overall had nice stay for a business trip. It offered us great location so close to an industrial area and a large mall and nearby shopping areas. It also was to the shopping center.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The hotel has a nice pool on site, and the room is spacious with kitchen utensils provided, plus there are two full beds. 🛏️.

no breakfast , v smelly room whole hotel felt dirty , and had a nasty smell , smoking floor especially , we had a non smoking room but still smelt like stale cigarettes , and the bed linnen seemed like it was dirty still . whole experince was nasty . never again .

Staff removed the a/c unit to clean during the stay,instead of waiting until afterwards. Staff stated she wasn't cleaning the room until checkout, since we asked she would clean the room at no extra charge. The system is setup for check in at 3: 00, and if you don't your reservation was canceled. While assisting me with four reservations, he begins speaking with a co-worker to check in another guest. Instead of updating the details of the room, staff made a new reservation which reflected 11 reservations for me instead of 4. Staff did not enter the credit card that was handed to them,and charged the card during the initial reservation. The elevator stopped working, and my elderly Parents had to walk up to the 3rd floor.

It is conveniently close to the subway and nearby shopping areas, as well as Virginia’s expressway.

Housekeeping said they would not clean the room everyday, or provide new towels. I informed her my grandmother has asthma, and needed it cleaned & towels. She said "I will clean it for you without charging extra". The elevator went out, and my elderly Parents had to walk up to their room on the third floor. Staff had to reserve three rooms again, and had the checkout a day earlier. My Aunt gave staff her card to be charged, and he gave it back to her and said "I have already charged it". In reality staff charged my card (that was on file from the reservation) instead. During check in another staff member was having issues checking in a customer. The staff stopped recreating my reservation of three rooms for a week stay, to go help their co-worker. I was livid with this property.

I liked the snacks for breakfast.

The footpath to the metro did not have lamp posts lighting the road at night. I was frightened at times.

This hotel has a great location, conveniently close to a Metro station and line, making it easy to get around.
